I founded Change Sphere Consulting Services to bridge the gap between organizational change strategies and real-world team dynamics. With a BA in Psychology (minor in Sociology) from the University of Alberta, a Master’s in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Waterloo, and over five years of experience across government, private, and academic settings, I understand the complexities of managing people through change.
I’ve seen firsthand how change efforts can stall when employees aren’t supported, and how powerful it is when teams feel heard, respected, and prepared. That’s why I’m passionate about creating tools that are not only practical and affordable but grounded in empathy, clarity, and real-life organizational challenges. My goal is to make change feel less overwhelming and more empowering for every employee at every level.
